Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above
- Quality Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronics
- At least 3 – 5 years team leader experience for 5 or more coworkers
- At least 3 – 5 years or above Automotive or electronics industry working experience
- Solid understanding and implementation of IATF 16949 / QS 9000, ISO 14000, ROHS&WEEE
- Company quality system set up and maintenance skills;
- Laboratory set up and maintenance skills;
- Understanding of China National Quality rules and International Automotive industry specifications and requirements;
- PPAP and APQP experience;
- Measurement instrument calibration and management and MSA implementation;
- Six sigma certification;
- LEAN manufacturing, SPC implementation experience
- 5S, safety, health and environment knowledge for factory.
- Microsoft office 2000 or XP application skill;
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill

Responsibility:
Quality Assurance / Quality System:
- Implementation and supervision of ISO9001/TS16949 quality system of the corporation
- Implementation and supervision of ISO14000 environment system of the corporation, communication contact with external related party
- Leading of Ford Q1 and GM QSB system, the certification & qualification maintenance, upgrade when new version release
- Management of DCC
- Leading of customer audit and 3rd party audit
- Leading of LPA by multi-level management of AP and corporation when needed
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs listed in quality system based on TS16949 requirement on process management) definition, statistics, monitoring, improvement
- Assist BU managers with quality system management
- Assist in top management on demonstrating and implementing environmental management system and promoting a positive impact on organization and relevant areas.

Quality Control: overall plant product quality control and management
- Product quality control for new launch
Product quality control plan during APQP phase
?PPAP submission, customer approval
?Customer audit
- Regularly internal quality control and improvement for mass production
- External quality control and improvement, including customer complaint, warranty
- Leading of quality Inspection, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection and dock audit
- Leading of all test and measurement system / equipment calibration & MSA
- Leading of Metrology lab
- Strictly keep commercial secrets, ensure all the behaviors answer for the disciplines of the corporation
- Well sense of quality, high-level sense of responsibility and loyalty
- Well ability of organizing and coordinating as well as team collaboration
- Implement tasks appointed by leaders
