Product owner of assigned devices. Primary point of contact for all operational aspects related to assigned portfolio, including supply chain management, customer service, sales and marketing, technical publications, document control, etc.? Generally responsible for all aspects of engineering activities associated with the assigned product portfolio.? Establish relationships with key contacts in wafer fabrication and assembly/test to ensure strong communication and effective problem solving. ? Facilitate cross functional teams for problem solving, including coordination activities with Product Engineers in other regions to achieve common goals. ? Support Customer Return (EFAR) resolution and quality improvements to ensure customer satisf****. Liaise with related manufacturing operations (test, assembly, probe and Fab) as needed to drive root cause investigations and resolution.? Work on yield improvements with support from related operations counterparts to reach the set targets. ? Work on cost reduction projects to improve product gross margin and collaborate with related operations and other functional teams to achieve savings.? Responsible to provide onsite PE support for Manufacturing operations to enable smooth running of owned products to meet delivery expectations.Qualification:? A bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronics or Physics? 3-5 years of device or product and test engineering experience preferable.? Proficient knowledge of power semiconductor devices such as IGBT, Rectifiers and gate drivers.? Knowledge of or experience in silicon fabrication, assembly and testing of discrete power devices is strongly desired. Experience in power modules is a plus.? Experience with Silicon Carbide technology is a big plus for this role.? Good knowledge in design of experiment, statistical analysis, simple circuit & failure analysis.? Hands-on working experience with statistical analysis software tools such as JMP is preferred.? Proven track record of effective problem solving and good engineering judgment.? Ability to multitask & self-driven to produce results in a timely fashion with strong sense of competitive urgency.? Good verbal and written communications skills. Position demands very competent verbal and written communications skills in English.
