Key Responsibilities:AP Section:1.Validate and post vendor invoices following group and local policies. In charge of the issue resolution timely if there is any discrepancy during invoice posting2.Review and supervise the accounts reconciliation with suppliers, make sure the trans****s with suppliers are booked appropriately, timely report and follow up on issues noticed and be the key contact to suppliers on all queries.3.T&E expense review and book to ensure meets regulation requirements. Review T&E posting result and perform month-end open T&E report accrual. 4.Drives and perform accounts payable activities and enables complete, accurate, and timely execution of trans****s. Ensures compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, and external regulatory requirements. 5.Voucher management and archiving. 6.Supporting and helping other issues related to AP team area of responsibility. Treasury Section:1.Bank account management include account changes, authorization changes and related technical set-ups etc. Serve as the primary contact with banks in daily business services, maintain bank relationships, and maintain strong communications with the bank.2.Monitor bank/cash balance and perform bank/cash dispositioning，ensure alignment with general ledger entries and all trans****s have appropriate documentation and authorization. 3.Provide advisory and troubleshooting of banking and payment related matters. 4.Follow regulatory and bank products developments related to corporate treasury, facilitate interest accrual to obtain optimum interest revenueReporting & Process:1.Support and push process optimization and digitization. Identify opportunities to automate or enhance accounts payable workflows for efficiency.2.Providing relevant financial data （e.g. AP aging report/ IC report）in month-end closing. 3.Other ad-hoc projects assigned. Compliance & Collaboration:1.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/PRC GAAP), and tax regulations. 2.Support SAP system updates and ensure seamless integration with financial operations. 3.Work closely together with other relevant teams to insure the best possible communication and inter**** between the processes 4.Coordinate with internal and external audit. Qualifications：1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable. 3.Proficiency in SAP systems.4.Honest, diligent, team p**** with strong sense of ownership.Adaptive to change and challenges with a positive can-do attitude.5.Experience in shared service centre environment is preferred. 6.Proficiency in digitalization tools is preferred. 7.Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
